Music Camp

Music Camp: Music of the Movies

Lights, camera, music! In this exciting camp, students will explore the unforgettable music behind some of their favorite movies and musicals. This camp offers a fun and immersive music experience for kids – NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! It is the perfect camp for kids who have not taken any music lessons through intermediate musicians!

Campers will learn about the composers and music from films such as Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Hamilton, Mary Poppins, Home Alone, The Sound of Music, The Greatest Showman, and more. Along the way, students will get a great overview of basic music theory and have the opportunity to try a variety of real instruments, including violin, piano, guitar, ukulele, drums, and more. Through music games, crafts, movie excerpts, and hands-on activities, campers will discover how music helps tell the story and brings movie moments to life. It’s the perfect camp for kids who love music, movies, and creativity!
