Birthday Parties Package Information

Complete our Party Application to select a date!

Party Package:  2 Hours     

• $250.00 for maximum of 12 children.
• $50.00 Non-refundable deposit required at time of booking- deposit applied toward the $250.00 party fee.

Party package includes:

• The Party Room
  • it will be set up with tables and chairs
  • decorations will be hung by our staff and must be dropped off 1 week prior to the event
• A Party Hostess (one of our studio instructors) will:
  • Serve foods/beverages/desserts
  • Set up and decorate party room/clean up after the party
  • Assist with the gifts
  • Facilitate games, crafts and activities
• Activities
  • You may choose one of the following activities for your party:
    • Meet the Instruments – guests will each get to try a variety of real instruments, including piano, guitar, violin, ukulele and drums
    • Hawaiian Birthday Bash – guests will get to wear leis and learn to play an easy song on the ukulele
    • Princess Party – guests will get to have a tea party, try the violin and dance to their favorite princess songs
    • Lego Mania – guests will get to participate in a fun Lego building challenges (we have Lego at the studio)
  • Also included for all parties:
    • Fun party games
    • An easy craft
• Supplies
  • Food, beverages, cake/cupcakes, ice cream, paper goods, party favors and decorations are all to be supplied by the guest
  • Decorations need to be dropped off 1 week prior to the party date

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel, please let us know no less that 1 week prior to the date of the party.  The $50.00 deposit will not be refunded.  

Please note: You must provide your own food, beverages, cake/cupcakes, ice cream, paper goods, party favors and decorations. We avoid using confetti in the studio. If you purchase balloons, please a provide table/ floor weights for balloons.
